What is a ‘pull-up‘ leather?
A ‘pull up‘ leather is treated with a blend of oils and waxes to create a specific look and feel. The hides exhibit a ‘pull up‘ effect, a lightening or discolouration when the leather is manipulated. It has a slight waxy or oily feel and with time develops and antiqued, distressed look.
An instant classic, BRITANNIA is a pull-up leather that exudes many of the properties clients love about leather. Designed to wear into its environment from the moment it is used, Britannia will age with distinction and develop a character that is uniquely yours. The aged appearance, coupled with a slight ‘pull-up’ effect, creates a sharp burst of colour variation. This gives the product a distinctive appearance that embodies old-world charm and sophistication.
