Brand spotlight:
Newmor Commercial Wallcoverings
If you want it to last you want commercial
The Newmor commercial wallcovering ranges are made in the UK in a small village in Wales. Newmor wallcoverings has been in operation since 1967 and operate in over 80 countries around the world. They are an exceptional global supplier that has truly mastered range quality and customer service.

Why commercial?
If you want it to last, you want it commercial. Unlike residential wallpapers commercial wallcoverings are designed for durability.
Colour embossed not printed. Engineered to withstand exceptionally high impact, abrasion, traffic volumes and frequent cleaning our colour impregnated contract quality wallcoverings ensure the ink is embossed all the way through the material. This ensures the material will not chip in the way paint does and scratch marks are virtually undetectable.
Stain resistant. All Newmor wallcoverings can be scrubbed or washed down with mild detergents and dilute chlorine releasing agents
Anti-bacterial and MRSA protected. The products incorporate anti-bacterial and microbial MRSA protection, mould and mildew preventatives.
Group 1 Fire rated. Commercial installations demand the highest fire standards. All our wallcoverings are rated to Australian and New Zealand Group 1 fire standards.

Newmor wallcoverings are produced to an exceptionally high standard and are available in:
- Traditional repeat pattern: this is the most efficient production process, the range items are stocked and available in cut lengths
- Custom design: For a minimum 500 lm we can produce a custom repeat pattern design to meet the project requirements
- Digital formats: For a minimum 1 sqm we can produce digitally printed wallcoverings in non-repeat or repeat formats. The digital print is produced using UV cured inks which is still the most durable print / ink system in the world. The designs are developed / adapted to your needs using our in-house studio.
Newmor is recognised throughout the world for:
- Quality: All love the precision with which the product is produced.
- Design: It is not easy to produce timeless designs that last for years in stunning colour palettes.
- Textures: The Newmor range presents a diverse collection of inherently beautiful subtle textures
- Service: We love Newmor because like Hume they do what they say they will do. The product is either in stock or available on a short production lead time.
Hume is the only company licensed by Newmor to sell their products in Australia and New Zealand.

Range highlight:
Shagreen
The earliest use of shagreen dates back to 13th century Japan where skilled artisans found it to be a perfect material for samurai sword grips. During the Art Deco era shagreen wallpaper soared in popularity and was considered to be the pinnacle of luxury! Traditionally made from shark or ray skin, shagreen leather showcases a luxurious, granular surface. This new emboss features a deeply textured finish, accentuated by a tip print technique creating metallic highlights that glisten in the light and create a subtle ombre effect. Shagreen is a celebration of classic handcrafted materiality, that brings a sense of heritage and luxury to modern interiors.

Need a specific, colour, texture, pattern?
If we don’t stock it we can create it either digitally or in a traditional print format.
Why should I use a wallcovering vs paint?

Wallcoverings are used extensively in Hotels, Casino, Hospitals, Aged Care, Office and Multi-residential facilities.
Can I get samples?
Yes! Sampling is available in tip-card and A4 formats.
